2. Platform Usage
NINAUN QUIZ provides practice questions, timed exams, and progress tracking for educational purposes. You agree to:
- Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Not attempt to cheat, share answers, or manipulate scoring systems
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use any automated system to access or interact with the platform
3. Paid Courses and Trials
Some courses require payment. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We offer trial sessions for paid courses with limited functionality. Trial usage counts are tracked and reset upon full purchase. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect already purchased courses.
4. Referral Program
Our referral program allows users to earn commissions on referred purchases. Commissions are subject to our current commission rates and payout policies. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referral activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on NINAUN QUIZ — including questions, explanations, platform code, design, logos, and trademarks — is our intellectual property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
By submitting feedback, comments, suggestions, or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that content to improve our services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to paid courses and any unused trial sessions will be revoked, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee that our content will be accurate, complete, or that your exam results will match your actual academic performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NINAUN QUIZ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NINAUN QUIZ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
